Directions

  1. Position rack in the middle of oven and preheat to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, 1 1/4 cups sugar and salt until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the eggs one at a time and mix together 1 3/4 cup of the flour and baking powder.
  4. Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder, and add to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk.
  5. Crush 1/2 cup blueberries with a fork, and mix into the batter.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Enjoy!
