Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the sage, salt, ground black pepper, marjoram, brown sugar, crushed red pepper and cloves. Mix well.
  2. Place the meat in a large bowl and add the mixed spices to it.
  3. Mix well with your hands and form into patties.
  4. Fry the patties in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes on each side
  6. Take sausage off pan.
  7. Enjoy!

- 1/4 teaspoon of dried marjoram

- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar

- 1/8 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes

- 1 pinch of ground cloves

- 2 pounds of ground pork
