Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a medium non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
  2. Crack eggs into a bowl and add milk or water
  3. When the butter bubbles, pour the eggs in the pan
  4. Use a spatula and swirl in small circles around the liquid
  5. Wait until the eggs are slightly thickened and turn off heat.
  6. Add salt for flavor and take scrambled eggs off the pan.
  7. Enjoy!
